Customer service a JOKE!

Overall, this hotel was clean & comfy. The beds were great, I liked the down pillows and down comforters. However, the people at the desk were completely clueless! We were a big group in for a soccer tournament, so you would think they would 'think ahead' as far as stocking for breakfast---they ran out of EVERYTHING immediately. Several of us mentioned it to JESSICA at the desk, and she retorted "Well, I've been extremely busy"...she literally had been staring out the front window for the half hour we had been down there. I am not at all being sarcastic---staring out the window! I'm sure her 'busy' job was absolutely exhausting!! Nothing was ever replenished, by the way. Then we tried the difficult feat of...'checking out'! Apparently it was difficult for JESSICA, because she had no grasp on the concept of how to do this. She couldn't find any record of some of us ever being actually 'checked in' in the first place! She wasn't sure why the 'computer' charged me $195.18 for the ONE night we stayed (one night rate was $85)---then couldn't delete the total off the screen, so I had to pay in cash in order to leave. She stated she "didn't have her contacts in"...this was the cause of all the mix-up according to her. We had 4 other couples behind us waiting to check out, and later informed us the same scenerio happend with them. Absolutely unbelievable! Comfortable or not, I am not sure we will stay here again---A word to the wise: Leave PLENTY of time for 'checking-out' (maybe bring a little cash incase they have no idea how to run your credit card)....Oh, yeah, and go OUT for breakfast!
