This Hotel is close to the highway, but that is the only benefit. It was under renovation but a microwave and a refrigerator were advertised but not in the room. It looked like they had been taken out. Our kids were very excited to have a place to swim but the pool was closed. It looked fine so we were not sure why it was closed. There were also several shady characters hanging around the side door and leaving it propped open which greatly reduces security! I do NOT recommend staying here!!

This hotel is right of the interstate and we were surprised how well its kept. The front desk person was very polite and checked us in swiftly. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The price we paid was a bargain for comparatively same standard hotel. We will be staying here in the future for our trip to Atlanta.

We stayed there for two nights visiting a friend who stayed right down the street from this hotel, so the location for us was excellent. The room was clean enough, but there was a smell/odor that we couldn't quite place. The continental breakfast was excellent (loved the waffle-maker). The indoor pool wasn't what we were expecting, but it's heated so the water was a nice temperature. The front desk staff was friendly and check-in & check-out were pretty quick and painless, which is always a plus when you have kids!

The hotel had many little issues that weren't deal breakers, but were very irritating. The pool was dirty and the hot tub was worse. The water had a slimy feel and gave the impression that it hadn't been cleaned in a while. My group had four rooms. Three of the four groups had to switch rooms for things from a non-smoking room that reeked of smoke, to ants in the room, and the TV and phone not working in another. The atendant at the desk was helpful and the price was not bad, but the hotel could have been so much better with just a little help.

This was a nice place to stay. Clean, fairly recently remodeled. NO CIGERATE SMELLS. NO HIGHWAY NOISE. Rather small room. Nice small indoor pool and whirlpool. About 17 miles to zoo and aquarium. EXCELLENT breakfast and great price. Refrig and large tv in the room. Excellent price and value. The only negative had to do with the fact that I had my 2 year old daughter with me and the place only has a standing-shower (no tub) and at that age showers are not her thing. I can't say if that is the way all the rooms are in the place.

This is the worst hotel I have ever been in my life. We checked in in the hotel at 10:00 p.m in the night very tired hoping that we will have a pleasant stay at the hotel and have a good rest. When we went into our room we were surprised to see that the mattress and bed sheet was wet !! Probably they don't change the mattress after a customer checks out !!! We informed the same to the front desk. The person at the front desk was very unfriendly!! He challenged that it is not possible as if we were lying but provided another room reluctantly. Another surprise!! The door of the restroom of that room was broken and won't close completely. When we informed about the same to the front desk again he said rudely in Urdu "Ab Main Kuch nahin Kar sakta itni raat ko.Mere paas aur koi kamra nahin hai." Means: I can't do anything at this hour. I only have these rooms. He then left from the his desk leaving us surprised and astonished. He was thinking as if we are trying to fool him and won't hear customer's concern. It was not 12:00 clock in the midnight and we were tired like anything. At that time we had no option but to live in the second room since the first room was very Unhygienic with the wet mattress !!!!! Next morning we could see spiders in the room. Next morning we met with the Hotel's owner and he said that he is aware of what happened at night. And he said that he rented the same room (with the wet mattress) to another customer like that only and he did'nt complain !!! We were surprised as how unfriendly and non customer focus these guys are that even if a customer has complained about something they did'nt bother to look at it and fix it, rather they rented the room to another innocent customer. I mean that even though they are in hospitality business, they don't know what actually that means. I hope this review will be helpful to others so that they are aware of this before wasting their time and have bad experience. BEWARE OF STAYING IN THIS HOTEL !!!

After reading the posted reviews, I was hesitant to have our group of 30+ spend the night here. We arrived with an open mind that hopefully things changed. Our stay was a good one. We had about 18 rooms and all were clean with no complaints from anyone. We did have to ask for irons and hairdryers, so you may want to bring your own. Our rooms had a microwave and refrigerator. The facilities were nice for our one night stay. I would reccomend this Sleep Inn.

We were told our room would come with a refrigerater and microwave. Well it didn't come with that, and when we called room service and asked for one they said they were all full. So all the food we brought went bad. We found beer bottles with condoms in them on the floor. Now that is sick. But the worst part was after we woke up, we were looking for the other hotel key and we yanked the sheets off the bed. On my bed there was a huge blood stain, and all over the other side of the bed it was splattered in big spots. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. We left and found another hotel and was still charged $67 for a nasty room!

Do not stay at this hotel. I have never written a hotel review before, but this place requires a great demerit. We were herded like sheep from one room to the next due to preparation problems, we could figure out how the shower door works, the high speed internet was broken and a sign claimed that it would be fixed at a date that was approximately 5 days prior to our arrival, the pool was dirty, and the breakfast was quite lacking. The location was fine and employees were fairly caring, but that's about all that was going for this Sleep Inn.
