"Off Limits"

The room assigned should be off limits with condition of falling wallpaper , mildow , foul smell and lamp falling off the wall. We were asked to see another room , which was worst than the first room. We finally were offered another room for 1 night.

THE NITE CLRK WAS SUPER. WNT 2 DINNER CAME BCK 2 RM, THE CARPETING WAS SOAKED. HAD 2 CHG RMS 2 2ND FLR, STAIRS ONLY. GAVE US $8. CREDIT FOR INCONVENIENCE., ASKED ABOUT OUR AAA DISC. WAS TOLD THE CRDT WAS MORE THAN AAA DISC. THIS HOTEL SPELLED MUSTY. WLD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE. MR. D. STOLZENFELD

Clean and Comfortable Stay

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel and this time I brought my two dogs. The hotel accomodated me just fine. They were polite and very helpful. There were no fleas or other bugs in my room. The room was clean. Also I took note to the fact they are gradually renovating the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I love staying at the best western hotel .My kids love the pool. They feel like they are at home there. They will get up in the morning, go to the breakfast area have breakfast while i am still a sleep or in the shower. From the front desk personal, to housekeeping, No matter what time you arrive, they always have a friendly attitude and a smile. Everyone makes you feel really comfortable.

Stay Away!!!!

This is the worst hotel in which I've ever stayed. There was a rat in our room and the room was filthy. The staff refused to switch us rooms. The manager, after twenty minutes of begging him, gave us another room but charged us a relocation fee. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. Horrible staff, rude, dirty atmosphere. STAY AWAY!!!!
