Super 8 Opelousas, Opelousas

This hotel is advertised as a new hotel and is by no means new!! When we went inside to complain about the rundown apperance, the girl inside told us that she didn't know why they kept advertising it as new because it was at least 10 years old. There was an old abandoned car parked in front and the airconditioner vents were hanging off of the building. It looked so bad that we did not stay long enough to see the inside of the room. When we told the front desk that we were not going to stay because of the condition and the unsafe apperance, they said they still had to charge us because we did not cancel 24 hours in advance.
