NOT a good experience

The hotel rooms were very small and uncomfortable, the bathroom door was falling off of the hinges and they only had a shower instead of a bathtub. When complaining about the bathroom door we were informed they would upgrade us to a better room at an extra charge, we wanted the same type room at the same price but NO GO they didn't have one so they were putting us in a larger room and wanted to charge us more. The hotel manager "JULIE" hung up on us when we complained, we called customer service and hopefully we will receive a full refund. Although you receive a 100% guarantee on a room you will not be refunded for the room until a later date. When we canceled our second night the manager was very sarcastic and thanked us for cancelling. It was a horrible experience!
