Checking in Thursday, everything seemed fine until Saturday. We were staying with an employee under the employee rate and they told us we had to leave the hotel. They had made an error in our reservation and the hotel was booked. Our friend, the employee, discussed with them and they found the error in booking and allowed us to stay. Yesterday when I checked my card they had charges us over $330 for our stay. One night there is $99 on the weekend. When I called to find our what was going on and why they charged us full price under employee rates, they refused to discuss it and referred me to the manager, who has yet to call us back.

The restraunt was delightful!

Every morning I had breakfast at the Courtyard Cafe. It was so warm and inviting. Food was great and Lee the manager was a delight. I will be back.

Highly Recommended!

I stayed here 5 days for business travel and let me tell you that this hotel has the most COMFORTABLE beds.. The bed comforter was down and so were the pillows. Housekeeping did a fantastic job making sure the whole room was extra clean every day. Never once did I have a complaint about service or accomidations. This hotel is in a very convient location right off I-5 and I would highly recommend the stay for anyone who wants a comfortable and relaxing night.
