Booked several rooms for company business. We cancelled and moved to the Pear Tree after the 2nd night. Several rooms had wet carpet, dead roaches on floor, elevator inspection past due. No store/restaurant within walking distance. Staff honored not charging us for 3rd day even though we checked out after class @ 3:00 Pm. My room was actually the only one of the bunch which was OK.

GREAT FOR SEAWORLD!

THE HOTEL WAS A GREAT CHOICE PRICE WISE AND STAYING WISE 2 ADULTS AND A 3YR OLD GIRL FOR A TRIP TO SEAWORLD VERY EASY TO GET TO EVERYTIME WE GOT LOST OR WE WERE CLOSE BY THE LOCATION THE FRONT DESK WAS VERY HELPFUL OUR ORGINAL TIME WE BOOKED TO CLOCK IN THE HOTEL WAS AT 1PM WE HAPPEN TO ARRIVE MUCH EARLIER AT 10AM AND THEY HAD OUR ROOM READY REGARDLESS VERY CLEAN 2 BEDS VERY CONFORTABLE THE PILLOWS WERE THE BEST BATHROOM REALLY CLEAN TO TAKE SHOWER AFTER THE TRIP VERY REFRESHING EASY ACCESS TO WALMART DOWN THE ST. WHATABURGER VERY CLOSE FOR A QUICK BITE TO EAT. ENJOYABLE STAY WILL STAY AGAIN FOR TRIP TO SAN ANTONIO. GOOD DIRECTION TO GO TO RIVERWALK IN DOWNTOWN FRONT DESK WAS A LIFE SAVER VERY NICE YOUNGMAN! THANK YOU WELL DESERVED 5 STARS.
