Poor Customer Service
I have not experienced my stay at the hotel, yet. But, if the stay is anything like the customer service I received from their staff, I will be disappointed. I contacted the hotel to book my room that had been blocked by our team coordinator. When I called I was able to book the room with no problem. Although, I needed the address and price per night. I was rushed off the phone with an address that didn't have a city attached to it and was told the price before she hung up on me, as if I was holding her up. Very rude. I had to direct another parent to them for their room. The result was the parent found them very rude and unsatisfactory and not helpful at all. I hope our stay is more pleasant than the booking.
