About the billing issues. Answers.
I actually work for this hotel and was told about this review but a potential customer, thought I might clarify a little of this information. What the two posters said about the billing issue was a problem with the credit card system at the time of their stay. The system did not process the payments and so we never got paid for the stay, and the issue was found in mid-February, so the system went back and posted the charges from the stays in which the error occured. So, technically the guests were never charged for the stay until months later. I can understand the problem and confusion, but any honest person would not mind once the problem was explained.
