Best Western Owasso Inn and Suites, Owasso

We got there and were planning on spending the night celebrating our 5 year anniversary. When we checked in the General Manager was very nice. We got to our room and round it to be the worse place ever. 1. No remotes to any television 2. Spa in room had dead crickets in it 3. Floor was dirty. 4. A hair brush was stuffed into the chair with more hair on it than on my head. 5. No internet service as advertised 6. No towels or toliet paper in bathroom We promptly checked out and asked for a refund which we were given an proceed to go to Tulsa to stay instead. The room cost $169 for the night and was complete let down. Dan the General Manager was nice and said that he was very sorry and could not make up any excuse to as why the room was as it was. The virtual tour of this place looks great but it is far from the tooth. If I paid say $40 for the room it would be as expected but at $169 it was not even close.
