Never Again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/24/08
We travel and stay in motels frequently. This was the worst. We were told we would have a refrigerator and microwave, and one of our rooms didn't have either. The bathroom was dirty and we only had two towels for four people. Apparently they only have enough towels to put in the rooms with no extras because when we asked for more they said we would have to wait until they picked up the dirty ones and washed. One of our players was in the lobby and the desk manager stepped on a roach and kicked it under the counter. We also had a roach in our room. Every staircase had a bad step, whether it was loose or slanted. There was a walkway between the building that was also slanted. There was a whole in our ceiling that a little bit of sheetrock work would fix easily. No irons in the rooms so you had to go to the front desk and ask for one and then wait while they went and got one out of another room. They also advertise having internet in the lobby but the computer is not working and looks to be very outdated. Beds were Ok and pillows were horrible unless you were using them to watch TV. Our girls through them on the floor and slept without pillows. If we hadn't finished playing so late we would have checked out early and driven home.

Dirty!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/07/08
Room was filthy - crusty fixtures, sticky carpet, stains on chair, dirty walls. I doubt coffee pot has ever been washed. Bathroom was particularly scary. Service was OK.

NO HOT WATER 3 NIGHTS, NIGHT CLERK WAS VERY RUDE, COFFEE POT NEVER CLEANED, ELECTRICITY DID NOT WORK FOR ALL LIGHTS - BREAKERS GO OFF, NOT CLEAN, WET TOWELS FOLDED INSTEAD OF CLEAN ONES, HEATER IN ROOM DID NOT WORK. NO EXCUSE FOR SUCH FILTH !!! This hotel should be closed until they get it together.

DO NOT STAY HERE
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/09/07
Mother and three teenage children given HORRIBLE customer service! Male evening clerk at desk very rude and verbally abusive to customer. Customer asked for money back after seeing room condition and told no, not after 20 minutes from checkin. When customer questioned policy, clerk became very angry, yelled SHUT YOUR FAT MOUTH and walked away. When we did not leave (to resolve situation), he said he was phoning police. We were either to leave or be arrested. We left and went to another hotel nearby as it was after 11 pm. Rooms supposedly remodeled 18 months ago but they are filthy. Floor tiles popping up and loose. Sheets and bedspreads stained, television has poor reception. Sincerely the most disgusting hotel we have ever seen.

For a budget its great but.....
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/04/07
Summary - older courtyard style hotel, horseshoe design. For the money on a budget, only 50+ per night, its great. Surrounding hotels want literally double plus per nights stay. I felt safe here as I usally avoid courtyard hotels. Poolside is very quite. Block surrounding city / train noise. The good stuff. The bed was very good but not fitted sheets, had a coffee maker, iron and hair dryer in room. Nice sized TV. Desk, nightstands, headboards, dressers, mirrors and lighting fixtures are nice, lighting very good. AC was good and quiet. Many dining choices in area. Towels were good, but not plush. 7 out of 10(better then a few at my house :-) Daily housekeeping was good. With fridge and micro. Very nice staff. Free wireless internet. Not so good. Its old. Mold in the bathroom,(hey its Texas) recliner thats kinda weak, paint and finishes cheaply done and in need of repair. Breakfast in the lobby....ughhhh pass on it.

Ok, if you don't mind a little dirt.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/31/07
I can see it is convenient for the FW Stock Show Cattle Men, but for a family I wouldn't recommend it. I have heard complaints from no towels, dirty carpet, low shower heads and dirt or something brown on the wall. I did not take off my socks until I was on the bed. For a large family or a group, go to the Residence Inn down the street, I have stayed at several and loved the service and all the amenities. I only wish the group I was traveling with had asked me where I preferred to stay, I would never stay at a Days Inn!

DIRTY & CHEAP!
By TB, 07/11/06
I know - what should I expect paying only $60 for a hotel room! The people that work there where wonderful but the rooms where horrible. Everything was dirty including the bedding. The bathroom was the worst with hair EVERYWHERE! Won't stay there again!
