BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

We were in Jamestown for baseball...had a group of 14 rooms.
Front desk was rude right from start. Mad that we checked in early, thought not checking in until after 6 so now she had to do all the work.
One room found dirty clothes in bed(not hers), was told she could change the sheets if she came downto get them. Housekeeping was gone.
We put too much garbage in the breakfast room....WHAT !!! We cleaned up after our selves and they found that was bad....?????
Bathroom light and fans all in one switch. The fan sounded like a freight train...so if someone was sleeping and another neededthe bathroom you better "go in the dark".
Fitness room garbage can was full and overflowing on Friday when we arrived....still full and overflowing on Tues when we left. If they never emptied garbage you know the equipment was never cleaned either.
Monday morning there was a horrible "cat fight" at front desk between the front desk clerk and housekeeping. Yelling and screaming heard thru out the motel.
Our bathroom light starting flickering so bad it was like a strobe light. Never did get fixed.
Beds not comfortable. They sag to the middle so if you have 2 people in it continue to roll on each other.
Could continue with MORE encounters with the front desk and Breakfast room attendant but would take forever.
DO NOT STAY HERE !!!!
