Comfort Suites Paducah, Paducah

When I went to breakfast I foolishly left my purse in the room. It was not until I was on the road the next day and went to pay for something that I noticed I was missing $100, two fifty dollar bills. Someone had come into our room and stolen from me. I will never again make the mistake of trusting people and leaving my purse, nor will I stay at this motel again.

bath towel had hair, sheet had stains, went to get extra wash cloths, they didn't have any?!? When I went to fill out the room questionaire, it was already filled out by someone 3 weeks earlier. Are they even trying???

The staff here was really nice and helpful,the rate was ok,but I just wish it could of been cleaner...That was the only problem we had...

The room was reasonably priced and I rate the hotel as excellent. All areas were clean, comfortable rooms, convenient location and great service. Great breakfast included! If I am ever in the area I will definately stay again.

this is a rip off very very very much over priced for what you get. I would never stay here unless i was running from a hurricane

A day before check in, Comfort Suites of Paducah cancelled our reservation with less than 24 hour notice. We were already on our way from Virginia to attend the Quilting Expo with no where to stay. Comfort Suites tried to blame Orbitz but after advising them that I had already paid (months in advance)and had a confirmation number from the hotel, they stated they overbooked. Comfort Suites did nothing to assist me in finding another hotel. All I got was "We're sorry"! They are sorry!! I was stranded in a city I had never been in before with no where to stay!! Do yourself a favor and stay at a hotel that will honor their confirmation and not leave you stranded.

My husband and I were running from Hurricane Katrina. I'm sure you are aware of the damage this horrible, deadly, hurricane did to the entire states of Louisiana and Mississippi. We were homeless with no where to go, when traveling trying to get to my daughter's home. We stopped at many hotels with no luck. Finally, we came to your hotel; we were welcomed with open arms! I cannot say enough about your manager and front desk employees; their compassion and excellent service, comfortable as well as extremely clean room was a blessing to us during our time of need. Loved the Indoor/Outdoor pool! Free breakfast, near mall, nice staff. Yee haw Kentucky, perfect location.
