Horseshoe Tunica Casino and Hotel, Robinsonville

I go for the slots. it seems over the last few months that they have really tightened up. I don't expect to win, but it would be nice to just get to play more than 2 minutes for $20. My money is better spent on lottery tickets.

omg!!!...what they are doing seems illegal! $900.00 - not one bonus - not even $20! We decided to try Tunica one more time --- slots were worse than before the flood! I feel compelled to warn people...if you must go please guard yourself, Goldstrike is the best if you are in Tunica...Horseshoe is one of the WORSE casino's we have ever been too! one of the WORSE customer service experiences ever and there was NO ONE there -- will never step a toe in Mississippi (no man's land) ever again!

Horseshoe Casino in Tunica is #1 for hotel and # 1casino we have be going there for the last 6 or 7 years, And this is two times a year. We made the BIG mistake one year and didn't go.. And try another hotel/casino... NO WAY. So this year we are on are way back to Tunica again. THANK YOU you have the best and biggest buffet, and the casino is game are A OK . Jerry & JoAnn Wisconsin

horseshoe tunica is a great place to stay with one of the best buffets around-but the casino has to be one of the worse around! Seems like the more you stay and play the less they want to offer as incentives to return. used to be able to get free rooms during the week, but in the last 6 months-nothing!!!!!! harrahs is getting too big! played on 100 dollars at hollywood 7-1-08 for 3 hours on $1 machine and received co[pon for 2 free nights by the middle of the month- seems other casinos are happy to reward customers for their business!!!!

We have stayed at The Horseshoe several times in 2005 and 2006 and must say " Excellent is the word" We fly in from Florida and beleive me its really worth it. We really love all the Diamond Club Treatment throughout the entire hotel. The dealers are friendly and the Host are out of this world . Our experiances have all been GREAT . Our last stay we had a large group of family from all over and everyone had a GREAT Time and ate very well.. Thank You , Mark Walker , Ocala Florida

This was our first visit to the Horseshoe Casino. We stayed 4 nights in a beautiful room. Everyone was friendly. Food was great. I would recommend dining at Jack Binlon's Steak House and/or Cafe Sonoma. Excellent

We've been staying at the Horseshoe for years. At first it was a great hotel. Lately we've noticed the rooms really need a remodel job! Doesn't seem near as clean as it used to be. And the dealers in the casino are the worst! One actually acted upset because we won. I couldn't believe it. We're going back to Tunic this month and will stay somewhere else.

I'm not a big gambler, but I go down to the Horseshoe just to get away from it all and do I EVER. It's clean, the hospitality is second to none, just "ask and you shall receive" -- w/in reason, of course. It's conveniently located, situated between the Sheraton Hotel/Casino and GoldStrike Hotel/Casino. After the first time I visited I began getting offers in the mail to come back -- comped rooms. It's the greatest -- Vegas NEVER treated me like royalty! They also have headlining acts such as Montgomery Gentry in their Bluesville theatre, plus tickets are very affordable.

Comps are harder to get. The food is not nearly as good as it used to be and the selection has changed.. The desserts are usually stale. They do not have as many staff members as they used to. It takes longer to go thru the buffett line to get in and once you're in it takes longer to get seated. Once you're seated the server is too busy to check back for refills. It takes several more points now to get the gift of the month and cash off your players card. I have been a customer for several years and I feel that they know longer want my business ( I'm a middle class customer).....I feel they are catering to the upper class customer. Yesterday is the last time I will set foot in Horsehoe. I am shopping for a new place to spend my money.

I enjoyed one of their $35 rooms with a coupon and it was extremely nice for the price. The room was called a Deluxe and normally went for $49 during the week. The food in the casino is expensive but there are several fast food places 5 minutes away and the poker room has free hotdogs hidden in the back. They hotdogs are restocked every hour but they go fast.Its meant for poker players but if you play slots nearby you can get some when they arrive. A couple of casinos had $1 shrimp cocktails so food really isnt an issue unless you want fine dining. Most of the fine dining in these casinos are not a good value because it is average food at a high price. The room had a nice bath for the price with a LCD tv which could be adjusted so you could watch while taking a bath. My view was of the parking. I gave location a 3 because it depends if you are there for the casinos or there to visit Memphis. I had no reason to contact the staff. The rooms were clean.
