Quality Inn Sheridan, Sheridan

I left some items behind in my room. When I called, I was told the items had been found and that they would ship to me. I provided a credit card for the shipping charges. After a week, the items never arrived and I called back. The items mysteriosly "disappeared". I was told they were there, and now they are not. A new, barely worn, expensive jacket was one of the items. An offer was made to pay for the jacket, but every time I called back, I was given excuses and have never seen my jacket or any compensation. If they cannot be honest in returning a jacket, I would not trust them to stay in the hotel again. Would not feel safe amongst that type of people. Very dishonest!

We stayed here on vaction in June and notice that it was nice on the out side but dirty in the inside and upon check in the manager was rude and was crying and yelling at some old guy, which was strange. When we got to the room it was dirty, and nasty smell came from the room, so we went to the front desk and ask for our money back, and the manager, got mad and cussed out, so we left and got to alamo motel, which was nice clean, and friendly.

This hotel is ADA Non Compliant I am a diamond elite member and when I arrived at 3pm for my reservation Chris at the front desk refused to honour my reservation because I had a Service Dog. He wanted to know what my disability was, and required an ID card and that my dog wear a service vest so that "I could be clearly defined as disabled" When I told him that was against the law, he said he just graduated from a 4 year university with a degree in hospitality and his professor told him it was so. He refused to give his last name or call a manager or the owner. Refused the doctors prescription that I tried to show him. I have filed a discrimination complaint with the dept of Justice, hope this will save someone the trouble of trying to find a room last minute.

The owners were very friendly. It was quiet. The food was very tasty. It's one of the least expensive B&Bs in the area too. Stay here while you can! The owners are selling.
