Keep your money and run!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/26/08
I spent 2 nights with my family at this dump. Please pay a little extra and walk next door. Room was not ready at 4pm and had to ask for pillows for the bed.Smoke alarm had been ripped off the wall and burn marks on the walls in a non-smoking DIRTY room. I have stayed a plenty of Comfort Inn's and they had treated me well during my stay. I had expressed my disgust with the manager, and all he could say was "I am sorry you feel that way". What has happened to Customer Service????

WE RECENTLY PLAYED IN A WORLD SERIES IN BROKEN ARROW OKLAHOMA AND BOOKED 20 ROOMS AT THE COMFORT INN. I HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS WAS ONE STAY THAT REALLY FELT LIKE HOME. I ACTUALLY WAS SAD I HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE THA STAFF HAD BECOME ALMOST LIKE FAMILY. BY FAR THE BEST HOTEL EXPERIENCE THAT I HAVE EVER HAD. NICE ROOMS, NICE BREAKFAST AREA, NICE POOL AND A STAFF THAT WILL GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE YOUR STAY WONDERFUL.

They Do Not Care - And It Shows
By Clint, 8/21/06
Location is best described as "in the Hampton Inn parking lot" the hotel is nesteled inbetween the Hampton Inn and a Clarion, not easy to find, no signage on the road. Halls (carpet) and stairs were dirty with trash and mud. The entry light switch did not control any light anywhere in the room. The lamps worked, but you had to stumble across the room and turn them on - and after turning them on I checked the switch operation again, however it still did not turn any light on or off. The carpet had not been vacuumed as evidenced by the dead crickets and popcorn on the floor. The temperature outside was 101, the room was about the same as the window was open and the AC was not on. Turning on the AC (a wall unit under the window, not a thermostate controlled one) was loud and prevented any kind of solid sleep. The bedside clock was not set correctly by housekeeping, as it was blinking when I came in the room it should have been noticed by them, perhaps a power outage had caused this after the room was "cleaned". There was no battery installed in the clock (it has a place for one), and the power went out in the hotel at 10:30 p.m., came back on at 2:30 a.m. - would have been nice not to have to reset the clock again. The "lounge" chair in the room was stained and dirty, and could not be used. The in-room coffee maker had not had the coffee supplies restocked so making coffee was not an option. The toilet was not fastended to the floor and rocked back and forth when you sat on it. It also had a water valve problem where the water ran continuiously. The towel rack in the bathroom was pulled out of the wall and hanging by the right side, how does housekeeping miss something this obvious? The T.V had the infrared control cover missing, although it did function using the remote. The phone had places for multiple function buttons, all of which had been removed, there were 22 empty places on it, looked like it had been pulled from a salvage yard. Bed was hard, not firm, hard! The pillows were more like mini-pads, I had to call for three additional ones to supplement the three on the bed, just to make about two good pillows with. Breakfast - well, here the choices were many, including belgin waffles (make them yourself), but the cleantheness over all was lacking and I was not willing to risk more then taking just a cup of coffee and driving over to the McDonalds.

Will NEVER go back.
By singnpray, 8/10/06
When we checked in, the lady at the desk said our room was not ready downstairs but promptly gave us one upstairs. On our way up the stairs, there were two young men apparently either kin to the owners or the front desk clerk, sitting watching TV with Bud Lights in their hands. Awhile later, there was a knock at our room door and a lady in a Comfort Inn shirt asked our name and said we were not supposed to be there, they had no record of us. The other clerk had not switched our reservations in the computer, and someone else was ready to move into our room! We got that straightened out, but were unable to print important information we needed on the lobby printer because it was broken, and even though the sign in front said 'Free High Speed Internet Access in rooms" we were told the access was only in the lobby. A BAD experience. DON'T go there.

Deception
By Sandy, 6/22/06
I was really disappointed. I booked a room based on the main fact it is advertised to have room service. THIS IS A LIE...THEY DO NOT HAVE ROOM SERVICE. After I checked in I found out the in-door pool was closed even though again advertised to be open year round. Almost a hundred dollars a night for my stay was not even close to worth it. Sandy Elam

Stay here if you can
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/6/05
This place has the NICEST staff I have ever seen at a hotel. I will go out of my way to stay here. From finding a cell phone charger because I forgot mine at home, to making sure I had everything I needed to be comfortable, this place is great. It is not super fancy, but the great staff and clean atmosphere put this one on top
