DO NOT GO HERE - BEDBUGS... and more.

The first day we walked into our hotel room, we were told the room was the "best in the hotel." We put our stuff down, and saw BED BUGS all over the bed. Yea, the room was small, the bathroom nice, and the balcony great, but none of that was worth the wrath of BED BUGS we would've had to deal with had we stayed in the room. We were moved 2 rooms over, and although we didn't see bed bugs there, we couldn't be sure. The new room we were given looked the same, except the blanket had green and white stains all over it, so clearly we did not use it, and froze all 4 days we were there. Also, the toilet and trash can were broken. Then, 2 days after staying there, the internet went down, and the manager proceeded to fight with me for 30 minutes because he was convinced there was internet in my room, when I kept telling there was not. Finally, he came to our room and recognized that our room did not have internet, and noticed that there was internet in the hallway. SO HE ASKED ME TO SIT IN THE HALLWAY IF I WANTED TO USE INTERNET. Overall, terrible service, terrible room, worst experience ever in Madrid. Great location, but the location would not make me want to stay in the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, in my life.
