GOOD LOCATIION - BAD ATTITUDE

While the location of the hotel is excellent, its service and ambience are not. The front desk personell are uniquely unfriendly, scowling most of the time, and do nothing more than the minimum for guests. There is nothing to provide for even an asprin. Breakfasts, the only meal served, are adequate but unimaginative.
As members of a Holland America tour, we believe that the line should find another, better hotel for its guests. Location was good - however, the hotel personnel were generally, uniquely, lacking is good customer service qualities.
