I had the misfortune of staying here on the way to a trip in the Gower. The rooms were clean and functional but totally without soul or character. This is fine because you are just paying for somewhere to sleep. However, they had decided to allow several stag parties to stay on the same night and seemed suprised that the other guests were complaining at people running around, shouting, swearing and singing through the night. I tried to get a refund on the evening on the grounds that, with a stag party running riot, they did not fulfil their one customer proposition - providing me somewhere I could sleep. No joy. Awful experience.
