Kensington Court Hotel London, London

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights on business. I was shocked by the rudeness and arrogance of the staff on the reception desk. I was chased for complete payment before I had even stayed the second night and was called on my mobile, asked to return to the hotel where they demanded i pay personally as business payment had not yet been received. Despite my support to secure payment for them, I was threatened with no return to my room that evening unless payment had been made. The lady had "instructed all her staff", not to allow me back into my room until full payment was secured! This attitude and arrogance was totally unnecesary and upsetting. Our booking agent will not be using this hotel again and I would advise you the same.
