Eden Plaza Hotel, London

The only decent thing in relation to our stay was the breakfast, it was nice and adequate. However, the rooms were completely to dissatisfaction! The walls were black, the showers needed tiling, the plaster was falling from the walls and ceilings. The bedsheets and chair covers were filled with unthinkable stains! The light fittings had flies in them! The rooms were tiny! The toilet roll holders were half way off the walls, the toilet could not be flushed, it was completely blocked. The staff were the most inpolite people i have come across in my life, no customer service or manners! Extremely rude and unhelpful - i was personally insulted by the manager - the terminology he used to describe me was " mean" as i was disatisfied by the service we recieved. Above all i do not believe that this hotel should have recieved a standard rating of two stars - infact this hotel should no longer be open.

This place is SHABBY!! and not at all suitable or what you would expect for a hotel in South Kensington!!! The curtains were hanging off the rails, the carpets were torn and the bedding leaves a lot to be desired - the blankets had not seen a washing machine for some time!!!!! The staff seemed embarrassed when we complained. DO NOT ENTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
