BEST WESTERN PREMIER Regents Garden Hotel, Paris

THIS IS A CHARMING, CLEAN, AND FRIENDLY HOTEL. MY HUSBAND AND I CHOSE THE "SUPERIOR ROOM" WHICH WAS LOCATED ON THE TOP FLOOR. IT WAS QUITE LARGE AND VERY WELL APPOINTED. WE HAD VISITED PARIS BEFORE SO THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT FOR US - RIGHT OFF THE CHAMPS ELYSEE. THIS WAS VERY GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY. WE WOULD NOT HESITATE TO BOOK THE REGENTS GARDEN AGAIN!!

The proximity to the Arc de Triomphe was terrific as well as the nearby location of various cafes! Our room was fairly small but attractively decorated and adequate for our needs. The in-room bath facilities were generous and clean. On our May 2007 stay, we were located on the front side of the building and experienced no noise problems. Yes, we would return and would recommend the Regent's Garden Hotel to others.

In booking the hotel, I was already charged for the 2 nights stay at the hotel, but when I check out, the hotel staff insisted charging me again saying they never charged me. I argued that I had already paid for the 2 nights when booking, but they won't believe me. The staff wasn't very nice either. So I had to pay for it again. It's a awful experience. You should straighten this out with your foreign participating hotels instead of making customer like me going through this.

Wonderful little hotel - friendly staff and when in Paris - that makes a huge difference. Very helpful. A bit out of the way but only a 5 minute walk from Arc de Triumph. Some good restaurants in the area and lots of shopping. Room was small but comfortable. Went in February so could not use the garden but it looked like it would be great in good weather. Breakfast was great - served in a small front parlor room of hotel. The hotel is deceiving from the outside so don't let that deter you!

We stayed here last week on a valentine's trip to Paris. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly. The room was compact but immaculately presented. The location is great - about 5mins stroll from Ternes metro station which is on the handy blue line. On top of this, five minutes also gets you to the Arc de Triomphe. A great holiday and a great hotel, would recommend to everyone!

Good strategic location for all Paris activities. Located in a nice neighbourhood, good shops and many excellent restaurants in walking distance. Close to the sightseeing musts in Paris. Nice rooms, some of them pretty small but who wants to stay in a room in Paris anyway.
