great room

Had a great room and the view outside was spectacular! THe desk made us feel welcome and we talked to them everytime we left the hotel. Only thing i would suggest is booking this at SweetHotelDeals. N e t

The place is very quiet, not sure it's good or bad for others. Room service is fast. Requested towers comes a bit late though. For that price, it is good price. Thu Feb 03 17:38:14 PST 2011

Great location, but their beds are not \"heavenly\"

The location is great but the beds not so much, their mattresses are hard and they did not clean some parts of my bathroom the second day I was there. The bedroom walls were thin and I could clearly hear my next door neighbor speaking over the phone at 2:00 am the very first night, not good. My overall experience was OK but I will try another hotel next time.

Nice hotel

Very good service. Got everything I asked for within minutes (even for an additional bed). Very comfortable room and bed/pillows. I really liked the decor of my room (4th floor). Located downtown Paris, so good location for sight seeing. Keeping in mind that nearby stores and restaurant are most likely expensive. I found the Le First restaurant expensive. For example, french fries (cheapest thing to eat from menu that I saw) cost 10Euros. Cheaper places to eat and stores are within a walking distance.

wow fantastic

i liked everything everyhthing was fantastic i would definetly go there again out of all the hotels in paris. the service was great when you wanted something you got that something the staff were very friendly and cattered for your every need and wants. the rooms were fantastic they were comfortable and made you feel right at home they were luxurious. the pool and spa were my kids favourite they wanted to go there every night and it was good indeed thanks for a wonderful stay will definetly be back xxx

Close to everything

The service staff were incredibly friendly, all spoke english well, and were quick to offer information. The location is very close to the gardens and a 5-10 minutes walk to the Louvre. There was a nice bakery and several souvenir shops close by and it was on a main subway stop. The only negatives included the "dated decor" in the room, our view was a back street and some minor cleaning issues. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location always felt safe. Girl at check in was not very friendly at all. Perhaps because I'm American . Her problem. Gave wrong info on several things. Overall I would go back anytime.

Luxuriously Amazin' !!

Me and My boyfriend decided to choose this Hotel to stay in while we were in Paris last July 2006 , we spent 4 nights there before leaving to Cannes , and i can describe it in one word : Sublime ! The location was great , just 10 minutes walk to the Louvre Musuem and other 15 to 20 mins to Arc de Triomphe and the amazing street of Champs-Elysee.. One thing I didnt like about it is the size of the room .. very small however the view was perfect with the glittering look of La tour Effil every night ;) Enjoy it ..
