Great location, but staff stole my CC info
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/24/08
The hotel itself was fine, very small rooms. Breakfast is NOT worth the extra cost, there are plenty of small restaurants close by with better fare. Staff were very helpful and spoke both Spanish and English. The location is perfect. The hotel is within a block of a small grocery store and we were allowed to empty out the small mini bar to store our purchases. I only used my credit card once while visiting Paris, and that was to pay my hotel bill. Someone on the staff took that information and made illegal purchase after my return home. I had to have my credit card canceled and replaced with a new card.

You will love it!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/3/07
As owner of a custom art tour company, I have had several groups stay here, always to rave reviews. The location is unbeatable, the staff is as good as you'll find in a five-star hotel, and the rooms are comfortable, if small (that's Paris for you!) I stay here myself when in Paris for business or pleasure. You will love it!

We will stay here again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/19/06
The staff here were wonderful -very pleasant, helpful people. They spoke English well; recognized us as we departed and arrived daily from our sight seeing; answered our many questions, &made us feel so welcome. The rooms have so much character. The location is wonderful - many cafes and bistros, bakery, & grocery store to choose from close by. Metro close by that can take you to all the major sight seeing locales. Louvre and Notrdame are close. Felt safe in the neighborhood. Would stay her again.

Great hotel, wonderful staff!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/14/06
In my book, this hotel was a treasure. The staff was helpful even before I arrived by booking my airport transportation to the hotel. They greeted me by name and answered my many quetions. The location is superb. There were brasseries and patisseries just around the block. The Metro station was close, too. The neighborhood felt quite safe and I wasn't hesitant to go out by myself. The morning breakfast was good, but nothing special. As is usual with European hotels, the room was small but beautifully appointed with a more than adequate bathroom. They even offer free use of a computer and internet services in the hotel lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great Hotel
By Matt R, 9/27/05
This hotel is in an ideal location: immediately east of the Louvre, near Notre Dame, adjacent to a Metro station, and near a grocery store. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a side street that was extremely quiet. The staff spoke English, and provided us with a very nice map of the city which prominently displayed the location of the hotel. The room was small, but all European hotel rooms are small, and I didn't go to Paris to hang out in the room. We didn't eat at the hotel, but the menu looked very good. Nice bistros right around the corner. The room had very nice decor, and a very nice bathroom. I would highly recommend this hotel.
