just back from a two week holiday in delightful Austria, our holiday was a two centre one staying first in the Larchenhof Hotel. While we found the Hotel to be in a nice area, and the room to be first class accomodation, we felt it only fair to other would-be visitors to enlighten them of the very sparce portions on offer in the Hotels dining room. As we had opted for an all inclusive holiday package in this 5*rated hotel we were expecting to receive at the very least adequate meals. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement, the breakfast was adaquate in contential terms, but the evening meal was a complete let-down. Portions were tiny leaving even the most smallest appetite ravenous. Staff were efficent and courteous and great praise is due to Stefan. A charge of 2.20 for 'tap' water was outrageous. Maybe a B&B option in this Hotel would a better option.
