Hotel Plaza Centro, Tegucigalpa

In this Hotel I stayed on the 3 rd floor and it was filthy, the pillow cases had holes in them and the sheets were stained and so were the carpets. The bathtub was cracked and the water ran all night. There were BROWN water stains and dirt in the bathtub and toilet. The room smelled musty, the windows didn't close correctly and there were water stains on the ceiling. You had to slam the door to close it. When you turned on the Air conditioner the water from the air conditioner was on the floor and the outlets to plug in the Air Conditioner is also on the floor so there is a good chance of being electrocuted. When I stayed there the remotes for the TV didn't work. The smell in the Elevators and Stairs were really bad. The lights were burned out in the room also. Don't be deceived by all the signs for The Holiday Inn. It is not a Holiday Inn anymore. If they promise anything get it in writing because I spent a week there and I booked a room with two beds because I had a friend meeting me there and they said that it wasn't a problem and when the person arrived they made the person pay for another room after I had it booked for the two of us. When we went to the other room it was a little better than mine but still a lot of the same problems in my room. The Only good thing about it was that it is in Centro Tegucigalpa.
