Sheraton Maria Isabel Hotel and Towers, Cuauhtemoc

I was here for a week .The mini bar fridge didn't work, I told the desk,later I got note telling me that it was fine, it wasn't so I go back to the desk they tell me it's OK So I guess they think I don't know when a minibar is cold or not. It was not high quality service hotel. THIS ONLY A EXAMPLE.This was my frist and my last stay here.

From the minute we arrived till the min we left we have no negative comments about this hotel. ALL staff are just wonderful! This is one of the few hotels where their employees (all) provide excellent service without asking you for something else...a dollar sign in their faces. Fast service, super clean hotel, internet, nightclubs, restaurants and very centrally located. As gay couple we never felt discriminated and service maintained top quality. We rate top 5 stars because we were very pleased of this hotel. We were even more pleased to see the employees big smile after we tipped every single person who helped us want to come back to this wonderful hotel. A home away from home :-)

This is a lovely hotel located near the Zona Rosa and the US Embassy. The rooms are comfortable, the staff is informative and the location is fantastic. It is a perfect hotel for both business travelers and families. The double decker tour bus which tours the city stops directly across from the hotel throughout the day and many of the local museums are within walking distance or a short cab ride.
