Horrible Service, Staff doesnot knows or understand a word of English.

This HOTEL is not at all 3 Star. DO NOT take"All Inclusive" as the food quality & choices are VERY VERY limited.
If you have a car, you are definitely looking for PROBLEMS!!! THERE ARE MANDATORY CHARGES FOR VALET PARKING WITH "INEXPERIENCED DRIVERS" WHO CAN DAMAGE YOUR CAR. HOTEL MANAGEMENT DOESN'T EVEN CARE.
OUR RENTAL CAR WAS TAKEN BY VALET PARKING & WHEN WE GOT IT BACK IT WAS BADLY DAMAGED.REPORTING WITH FRONT DESK WAS OF NO USE. WE WERE TOLD IT IS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY. We waited 3 hrs for any manager or superviser to come check the damage. After many requests to see the manager or superviser we WERE NOT ABLE TO see any Management personnel come out to check the problem or do any thing at all. We kept on requesting to see the manager! finally, we were told he comes only after 11:00 PM!!. we left masages to talk to some body but no one ever came out to talk to us.
ELEVATORS donot work properly at all. Please do not let young children alone as elevators gets stuck very often. Bathroom has dangerous light fixtures, my son got very bad Electic shock when he accidently touched light fixture near sink mirror on the side. REPORTING OF ANY THING OF THAT SORT IS HEARD WITH A HELPLESS SHRUG. We had to pay for the damages of our rental car as the front desk said sorry but not we will not do anything, go do what ever you want to.
WE HAVE TRAVELLED FOR AT LEAST 25 YEARS, 3-4 TIMES A YEAR. THIS IS MY ONLY BAD EXPIERIENCE. VERY VERY IRRERESPOSIBLE & SHAMELESS STAFF!!!!
