Great price, very clean room with a very comfortable bed..great location. We were there for three nights and had no problem. We would stay there again.

I purchased the reservation via Orbitz for what seemed like a good deal ($100/night for a 4 night stay=$400). When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked if I wanted to upgrade to a larger room and was quoted $100 (plus taxes) for the whole stay and was asked to sign a credit card voucher (standard procedure). When I checked out of the hotel, I was told that the room upgrade was $100 PER NIGHT. When I spoke to the manager, he was rude and stated that I must have misunderstood. This was blatantly wrong, as I am fluent in Spanish. So beware of predatory business practices with this hotel and their staff. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!

The hotel is in a good location, not in the tourist areas, but close to all of the major spots. It was very clean, the staff was very courteous and helpful in getting us to where we wanted to go, and they were cognizant and considerate of our safety. They will always call a taxi seguro for you and arrange to have one pick you up if need be. The rooms were a bit small, as should be expected in a big city, but they were nice! The breakfast buffet was great...pretty standard with an omelette/pancake/fajita chef. The dinner there wasn't great, but hey it's a big city and there are plenty of other places to eat. All in all, for the price, this was a good choice.

The people that worked there only spoke spanish/ english when it was convenient for them. House cleaning stole my jewlrey. I never received my complimentary bottled water in my room and the lady at the desk seemed to be deaf and mute when I questioned her as to the stolen property, but trust me she spoke perfect english when it was time to pay for the room. My advice to anyone that stays there is to bring a safe and bolt it to the floor when you get there. When they decide to charge you for damages to the floor, act like you don't speak any language at all. Oh, and if you expect to get coffee at the cafe inside the hotel....DON'T....however they are capable of serving and charging you for a cup of hot water with foam on top of it. P.S. Don't mind the roaches under the mattresses or in the pillow cases, because the front desk doesn't seem to think they bother anyone. Service: what service? Cleanliness: they cleaned me out alright! Value: you couldn't pay me to stay there again!
