The staff is supurb, helpful and cheerful even under duress. The rooms are clean and well equipped. I liked the new mattresses. This is the best place I have stayed when I have work to do and need a home-like place to work from. There are laundry facilities on site and directions to whatever you need, assuming someone from the staff doesn't already have it somewhere in the hotel. It is also in a great location - easy to reach other parts of the island. However, there are frequently large family or youth groups staying here and many small people running through the halls incessantly.
