not worth $108,00 dollars!!

Had a hockey tournamet wth our son, the room carpet was damp, the window was leaking , the rooms need updating BIG TIME, they put more money in the hotel lobby than the acutal room, so all you hockey parents please think twice before you book this hotel, i've stayed in DoubleTree hotels (USA) and the room were gorgeous!!! not Toronto Canada by the airport!!

My visit was great

I attended a convention there. Found the staff very friendly. Anthony the bellhop helped with the best way to get around town. It is an older property by my room was nice and clean. My room faced the air traffic, but I actually enjoyed watching the planes come in, and they didn't bother me, regarding noise. I have been in hotels with noiser occupants than those planes. Convention servies were good. great lay out, receptions and meals were good. I would stay there again. It is great for convention.

My sons hockey team recently stayed the weekend there. We were told we could check-in early. We had a 9:00a.m. game and came to the hotel around 11: a.m. to check-in. We were told NO! Not offering any option ( such as a place to wait) We had to sit in lobby till 3:00 p.m. Today is 4 days after my stay and the money they held on my credit card (Double the amount by the way) has still not cleared!Four Days! When I called and asked for Itemized bill, they said they would e-mail it within a 1/2 hr. That was yesterday! Still waiting! By the way...You can hear and feel every plane that passes overhead! No thermostat control to operate temps either.

ginko restaurant located in hotel

my experience at ginkos japanese restaurant was horrible! my whole family was extremely ill for a few days (missed work/school!) the customer service was even worse , we are huge sushi lovers but would never go back to Ginkos and would advise you not to either!

great place!!!

I have been to this hotel on a few occasions. My fiance and I love to come here just to get away for a night or two. The food is great here and the rooms are clean. The price is a bit steep but i love it there. I highly recommend it

Watch out with priceline!

We went on our honeymoon to this hotel with priceline. The great thing about the wonderful price you're getting is the fact that when you get there they charge you $8 a day for parking, you get no continental breakfast, they charge you for coffee, the beds are really hard and they put you in a room facing the air traffic that is flying so close you can make out the fuel area on the plane.

Average Older Hotel

This hotel was very convinient to the Airport (10 mins away) and the Toronto Congress Center (accross the street). Restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel itself appears to be old and outdated. Although my room was very quite, I was not terribly impressed with my room itself. There was icky stuff on two walls, the bed looked like it was 25 years old and the toilet seat had wear marks (just appeared to be old and well used). Overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. OK for the price that I paid $88.
