Sundial Inn, Orillia

The only 2 pros to this hotel was that the casino bus picks you up and drops you off at the front door and they allow dogs. The cons to this hotel are numerous It's old and not well kept the ice machine was broken, the pool was freezing, the beds were not comfortable at all, having a dog they put us off down an old hallway that the walls are chipping away, the pool is a long walk away, the staff was not very helpful. I had told a staff member that the pool was freezing and they told me in not so many words that it was in my head. I would never go back or recommend this hotel

Beds are sunken and very old, hallway walls have holes in the plaster, pain chipping, very dirty. The hot tub has been broken for 6 years. The work out room consists of one weight bench. To get to the pool, we had to walk from the far end of the building which was about a city block. Staff was not very accomodating. Was not worth the money paid.
