Sheraton Toronto Airport Hotel and Conference Center, Toronto

Our stay with the Renaissance was terrible. We booked a room with 2 double beds for 4 people and guaranteed late arrival due to an earlier commitment. When we arrived at 11:30pm we were told "first come first served" sorry, all we have left is one king sized bed. Why then would I bother to make a reservation????????? The staff was extremely pleasant, however I was also told I could have extra blankets and pillows if I accepted the room - once checked in, imagine my surprise when there were no blankets, pillows or towels available! I had my teenage daughter 5 days out of surgery and my 70 year old mother along with myself and a friend - who should sleep on the floor without blankets?? I find it abhorrent that a hotel of this calibre didn't even have extra blankets, let alone cots. Please remind me why I bothered to make a reservation - I'm sure they would have charged my credit card had I not shown up! And to add insult to injury, there were no carts available to assist us taking bags up to our room. Very disorganized.

I would never stay at the Renaissance again and I recommend that you look elsewhere for a pleasant, relaxing stay.
