What happen?

I was part of a conference in which there were aprox. 40 persons. It was booked far in-advace. The first lunch day, 3 of us went to their restaurant. We waited 10 minutes for a menu. 20 minutes for someone to take our order. 2 of us at the table received our Cold soup without soup spoons 20 minutes later(since the ordering). The 3rd person at out table received her salad 40 minutes after giving her order. So of course we didn't get to eat together. There were 2 servers and only 12 in the restaruant at the time. I asked if there were any cooks and the girl told us there 3. There were two women across from us that had got there ahead of us and we just being served as we left. We found out later that they had only received 1/2 of their ordered lunch.
If we had, had only one hour lunch we would of being out of luck.
Later that week during our 15 minute break the Holiday Inn gave us granola bars which most of us during training ate during a power point presentation were covered by ants.
One of our co-workers had clothes piled on the floor and found ants on them when she went to pack her suit case..
If this had been during peak tourist season you could understand some problems, but being that they were aware of the group and if they didn't want anyone in the restaurant they should of posted a sign. Restaurant Closed.
I really am sorry our organization chose this place to stay because the rest of St. Catherines treated us very well.
Signed Extremely Disappointed !
