Nice Place

I didn't see what everyone was reviewing bad about this place. We didn't pay for parking, there was free parking between the hotel and Denny's. There was an ice machine, which is great because I need my ice. It was surprisingly quiet for being in such a bustling part of town and there is a continental breakfast (toast, donuts, juice, coffee, cereal). We got a room with a whirlpool tub, heart shaped....and that was so relaxing! The room was clean and had all the needs we look for (coffee pot and hair dryer). The bed and pillows are very comfortable too. It is close to T.G.I. Fridays so you can walk over there for a drink at the end of your sight seeing day. It's also close to Denny's if you don't want a continental breakfast. We enjoyed our stay so much I think we will return next year.

Go somewhere outside the city

The hotel is dirty, expensive and no parking without paying, for over 1 hundred dollars for one night, you would think you would at least get breakfast. The whole city is a mess. Word of advise if going to Niagara Falls stay somewhere outside of the city and drive to the falls it is cheaper. No ice machines, very noisy, the smell was horrible, 6 channels on tv. Upside can walk to falls, casino ect.

Very nice hotel to stay!!

The room was very nice and clean. I want to commend the hotel on the purchase of new beds, bedding and pillows. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. No aching backs in morning. Location is great. You are close enough to walk to all attractions. Service was great at front desk and cleaning personnel kept room very clean. This is are second stay at this hotel and I will be returning in the future. Great location and price.

Gorgeous!

Loved this hotel. The room was really nice and the beds were comfy. The location was perfect. The only things that were less fun was the fact that there were only 11 channels on the television and the weird smell on the elevator.

Not What We Expected!

Loved the location - Hated Everything Else! No Breakfast even though it stated there was breakfast included for our entire stay! The main elevator smelled horrible & when we asked about it they said it was due to heavy use!!! We were also charged $17 per night to park in Their parking lot! And they gave us the Wrong Room Type even though I confirmed everything with them days before & then again the day before we arrived! We will never stay at this location again! There are much better places that have more amenities & are cheaper! I guess we should have shopped around a little more! We were so disappointed...

Not sure how prices compare to other hotels in the area, but the cost to stay here sounds reasonable. Within steps to Casino Niagara

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!

We stayed in Niagara Falls for 3 nights, 4 days. The staff at the Days Inn Suites were great! They were always there for us, giving us suggestions on where to go and how to get there. They even suggested Crystal Beach (15 min) drive from the falls at Lake Erie, it was wonderful! Definitely a place to go! The hotel was very clean. Parking is Free, which is hard to find in the area. The hotel is located just 1 block away from all the attractions on Clifton Hill and 2-3 blocks away from the falls! It was close to all the excitement, yet nice and quiet for resting! It's a great place to stay for the value! Great service, great price, great location! The only, somewhat downside, was the included breakfast. It was your basic toast, bagels, mini muffins & mini danish, coffee, juice, butter and jam. It was ok. We were hoping for a hot breakfast buffet, which we did end up going to elsewhere 1 day for only $6.00 per person. Other than that, the hotel is wonderful!! They even had baby tigers Thursday and Friday for the guests to play with and take pictures with, a nice surprise for us animal lovers!!
