Not going back

Was recommended to stay at the Inn as was close to the conference I was attending. I Booked months in advance, a week prior I called to confirm my reservation and all was good, then when I arrived they 'lost' my booking. While waiting to try and check in the other staff were talking (yes right by me) that they over booked the hotel and that will have to turn customers away, but they did get me in.
Room was clean, the house keeping were friendly. The Ice machine and pop machine on all except one floor not working, no "out of order sign" and when I reported it to the front desk all I got was "thanks". Key card hardly worked and I was constantly having to go to the front desk to have it fixed. A lot of the time, when going to the front desk, there was no one around.
When checking out of hotel they sent my charge to the organization and that it was my responsibility to contact the company and fix it. Then 4 weeks later the charge for my hotel room is on my credit card, no bill, no invoice, no phone call (and yes I left my contact phone number). Just a charge.
