Sundowner Station, Riverton

We traveled across country on our motorcycles, traveled 2500 miles when we stopped here. Out of the miles, this hotel stay was horrible...restaurant is connected to hotel, owned by same people, and the problems began there. The staff was rude, we had to get our own silverware and drinks; ordered med prime rib and was brought well done. I questioned if that was med and was told if that was what I order then that was what I got. The waitress did not check to see if we needed anything. The night did not get any better. Our tub was stopped up and we called front desk and was told they had no one to help us; but they did offer us a plunger that had been used in the toilet. After a discusson on the phone, they hung up on us and would not answer. My husband went to front desk and the owner was very rude and sarcastic. Told us we could leave, but you are in the middle of nowhere, so we did not have anywhere else to go. She said it wasn't her problem. We were told she would refund our money, but in the morning only gave $10 off. I would never, ever recommed this hotel and would not stay there, even if I had to drive all night.
