I would like to express my deep gratitude to Dawn Swader, one of your employees.
Last January, I lost my most favorite ring in the Holiday Inn parking lot. The ground had thick snow, the snow plow already went through, Dawn helped me look for it, but we were unsuccessful.
Then last month, a very nice woman found my ring in the parking lot. She went in your hotel and talked to Dawn about it. Somehow, Dawn still had my name and my phone number. So Dawn called me, I got in touch with the lady who found my ring. Now I am again wearing it.
I couldn't thank Dawn enough for what she's done. Without her, I wouldn't have gotten my ring back. This affirms my belief that there are still very good people out there.
Dawn deserves a big recognition from your company. How about giving her a raise?
