Aqua Aire Motel, Minocqua

I stayed at the Aqua Aire a few years ago. Dick & Joanne were so kind. I am a bird-watcher, and my binos were packed away and Joanne generously loaned me her binoculars. How kind is that??? I was there over Easter and they left me an Easter gift at my door. Dick & Joanne are very giving and caring people, and I highly recommend the Aqua Aire to visitors to Minoqua.

Loved: Cleanliness, Hospitality, Location, & Price. Sweet, genuine, pleasant owners, Walking distance to everything; Beach across the street, Extremely clean room, & within Budget Hated: Absolutely hated the bed & shower! The bed was as hard as concrete & the shower was literally coffin sized; you can't even move your arms anywhere to grab soap. Wouldn't stay again due to the daily back aches that spoiled our vacation, due to the cement filled bed.

Easy acess to the snowmobile trails, great location, generous trailer parking, and packed snow on the parking lot to protect your snowmobile. Great motel for snowmobilers on a budget!

The owners are great people, it's like talking to your friends you've known for years. The rooms are smaller and not fancy but certainly have all you need. If you just want a clean room to sleep for the night and don't need a fancy suite, this is the place to go. I have stayed in many small town hotels and this one was a good choice to save the $$$$.
