I would stay again. Great location and cheap!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/17/08
The location was great! Close to the hospital, WV Arts Center, and Coliseum, short drive away. Especially in bad weather. Texas Roadhouse is great restaurant close by. We were there overnight to see Kenny G. Our hotel room was clean and comfortable. They had the softest bath towels. We didn't have breakfast there so can't comment. I would definitely stay there again. Price was relatively cheap. We had a microwave and fridge. Shower was good as well. No complaints and I have stayed in a lot of hotels. Good and Bad!

Don't Stay here....
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/21/08
The Hotel itself is in a nice place , good location. Great food. The only things I disliked were the house keeping staff all very very rude. The girl at the front desk was rude and in all honesty quite ignorant. Coulden't process the bill. The Towles in our room were wet. The sheets were filthy. Everything about this hotel was rediculous. The floors were coverd in bits of things from food. The rooms smelled stale. This is not the best choice in hotels in the area...

Mixed Review
By Regan, 01/27/08
This is one of the very few affordable hotels during the football season when all hotels increase their weekend rates. The breakfast is horrible though.

RUDE!!
By ShaunN, 06/25/06
Employees are just plain rude and do not help. Called down to the front desk to ask for towels--never got them. Rec'd attitude by workers. The breakfast bar was crammed and didn't have much. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Will Not Return To This Hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/01/06
Lousey service at the desk both day and night shift. Housekeeping staff was satisfactory, but managers and desk clerks were rude, and as unhelpful as possible. I would reccommend you stear clear of this hotel, there are plenty better hotels in morgantown to give your money.

Worst Hotel Ever
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/01/06
Can't even explain how bad our service and stay was at this hotel. If you have a choice stay somewhere else! If you don't have a choice, sleep in your car!

Never again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/13/06
Sayed 4 days/3 nights not once was room cleaned. Front desk staff couldn't give locations of stores/directions in the area. Was made to feel like an imposition instead of customer. Billing was incorrect. Manager disinterested in concerns/comments/complaints. It's too bad only positive reviews get added to this site. Great Breakfast

Some good, some bad...
By JasonW, 08/19/05
While the recent renovations make this hotel nice to look at, some things about it weren't so nice. The lady who checked us in had a difficult time with the simple math required to process our bill. The roll-away bed that was brought to us was an older model that was impossible to sleep on. I had to take the mattress off of it and sleep in the floor to avoid having a bar in my back. Finally, an extra ten dollars was added to the rate we were quoted the previous day when we checked out the next morning. The man running the desk said that the charge was standard, but the lady who had checked us in didn't say anything about an extra charge. Nice to look at, but a less than friendly staff. Make your own decision.

Very Good Hotel for the Money
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/20/05
Likes: All-suite rooms. Great for families. Enough room for all. Available Internet, including Wi Fi for those that do a lot of business work even while resting. The pool and spa and workout room were a hit with my family. The morning breakfast buffet is a winner: fresh and enough variety to satisfy all tastes. Service is spotless and staff is very friendly. Easy access to business and shopping and major expressways. Dislikes; nothing really. Overall: Very good hotel. On my list of places to stay again.
