Absolutely disgusting
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/15/08
Reserved a room so my family and I could get some sleep after arriving at 0500 in the morning. Reserved a room for three nights. Got to the hotel, checked in and went to our room, #136. The smell was overpowering. Light fixtures broken, mold in the bathroom, carpet looked like a murder scene, chair had very awful stains of some sort, weeds growing up around the entrance. I went to the front office to get a different room, the clerk wasn't too thrilled with that and tried to keep me in that room. Finally got a different room. Was at least good enough to get some shut-eye after a long trip. Stayed the three days because we spent only enough time to sleep. Parking lot was full, they allow hoodlums in the "lobby" cussing. I'll pay the bigger check next time to stay somewhere decent

Frightening
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/9/08
The car drop off worked ok. A little rude but they got me to the airport quickly. When I came back from my trip my car was not anywhere to be found and I had to wait 1/2 hour for any help. In order to get my car back I had to walk out with the grumpy old man and help him move cars around to clear a path for my car. It was very early in the morning, dark, cold, foggy. Mr Grumpy yelled at me with a heavy accent, pointing and grunting under his breath where he wanted me to park the cars I was moving for him. These were other customer's cars!

Never Again!!!!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/1/07
This was about the sleaziest dump I have ever stayed in. The service was awful. I came back at 6 pm, the beds were stripped, the maids were gone and I was supposed to wait for the van driver to make the bed when he got back. The front desk clerk refused a refund till it turned into a shouting match, and several phone calls to his manager. There are doors between the rooms with only a twisy lock. The main door lock is flimsy. The interior is barely clean. A first class dump!!!!!!!!!

USE ANOTHER SERVICE!!!
By Pablo, 12/29/06
"You get what you pay for" definitely applies here! Even though the saving were not large, the lack of service was. This Sea-Tac airport parking service has only ONE VAN! Competitors have at least 3. When we got our bags after arriving, the van was nowhere near the airport. What was the point in giving our arrival time at reservation? We called, were told the van "was on its way" and waited...and waited...after 30 minutes I called to make sure we were in the correct area, "the van is on its way" (catch phrase for "we have your money and your car, why would we care about you now?") the van finally arrives, but it is full of others picked up at area #1, silly us, we were waiting at area #3 where we were originally dropped. The driver told us he would be right back. A 2 mile round trip took 20 minutes. Unreasonable, maybe not, but a darn cold wait totaling 50 minutes. USE ANOTHER SERVICE!!!

A REAL DIVE
By robert m, 9/20/06
This place was terribly depressing, both visually and olfactorilly. The check-in took too long and the clerk was harried and unhelpful. There was basically little parking for guests and we walked to dinner because we were afraid to give up our spot. The only positive aspect is that it is close to the airport. However, there are a lot of better choices nearby. We would have stayed elsewhere but we had prepaid for our room. I would definitely forego a stay here unless you have a masochistic streak.

horrible experience
By Nate, 7/13/06
I recently used Skyway Inn to park my car and shuttle me to the airport. My experience was miserable. It started off with a check-in clerk who was sleeping and was unable to taxi me to the airport at the expected time. Fortunately, I still caught my flight. On the return trip, I had to call 3 different times to be picked up from the airport which resulted in a 45 minute delay. The clerk who I spoke with told me a the driver was out front each time I called and later admitted that he couldn't find the driver the first two times I called. When I finally got back, my car was covered in sap and dust. When I asked for a partial refund, the clerk argued with me that the Shuttle was a "free" service and that I couldn't be refunded any portion of my fee. Don't use these guys.

We will stay there again.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/21/06
This motel is old, but the two rooms we reserved for our family were adequate and clean. The staff was friendly. This is a no-frills motel, but if all you need is a place to spend the night, this is certainly within any budget! Their shuttle service to and from the airport was excellent. We left our car there a week, and had no problem there, either.

Horrible!!! and Moldy
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/20/05
This hotel was absolutely horrible!! The service was less than accomidating and the room was smelly and had mold growing on the wall!! I was afraid to touch anything or breath in the mold. There was a large tub in the room ( not the bathroom) and no shower!!! Absolutely awful.... there were also spiders visibly crawling on the walls !!! I don not recommend this hotel to anyone

Enter at your own risk
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/12/05
From the moment our party of six arrived for our two reserved rooms, it was awful. Our reservations were fouled up, and instead of having two queen beds in the room (one for my husband and I, and one for our small daughter), we got a room with one queen and a hot tub. I requested a rollaway bed for our daughter, but none were available for our entire stay. She ended up sleeping on two armchairs pushed together, and we still paid extra for her. The staff was unbelieveably rude. I had requested an extra blanket and pillow early in the afternoon for the makeshift bed, and was told that they were in the laundry and would be delivered shortly. Our daughter goes to bed at 8pm, and the bedding wasn't delivered until 9:30 that night. There was heavy foot traffic at all hours of the night (someone appeared to be doing "business" on the floor above ours). We found a used hypodermic needle under the bathroom sink when looking for toilet paper. The room key didn't work most of the time, and they began remodeling work on the room next to ours at 8:00 every morning. This hotel appears to be used as a semi-permanent residence by several persons and I would not recommend it to anyone traveling with children or the elderly, pregnant, or those with heart conditions. Lock everything!
