From the moment our party of six arrived for our two reserved rooms, it was awful. Our reservations were fouled up, and instead of having two queen beds in the room (one for my husband and I, and one for our small daughter), we got a room with one queen and a hot tub. I requested a rollaway bed for our daughter, but none were available for our entire stay. She ended up sleeping on two armchairs pushed together, and we still paid extra for her. The staff was unbelieveably rude. I had requested an extra blanket and pillow early in the afternoon for the makeshift bed, and was told that they were in the laundry and would be delivered shortly. Our daughter goes to bed at 8pm, and the bedding wasn't delivered until 9:30 that night. There was heavy foot traffic at all hours of the night (someone appeared to be doing "business" on the floor above ours). We found a used hypodermic needle under the bathroom sink when looking for toilet paper. The room key didn't work most of the time, and they began remodeling work on the room next to ours at 8:00 every morning.
This hotel appears to be used as a semi-permanent residence by several persons and I would not recommend it to anyone traveling with children or the elderly, pregnant, or those with heart conditions. Lock everything!
