Most uncomfortable room ever
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/22/08
This hotel is all form and no function. The bed was hard with pillows that were also uncomfortable. The one chaise in the room was like sitting on a board. The chair at the desk was practically backless and made if plastic. It is conveniently located but that is just about the only positive thing about it. The lobby is asthetically cold and unwelcoming. Most of the staff are stiff and rude.

view is not much
By Nancy, 06/10/05
the hotel is ok, not great, not bad, just ok. the front desk messed up our reservation twice on arrival, they put us in rooms we did not ask for ie a queen when we specifically requested a king. the view is very limited.

Nice place to layover on the way to Maui
By Min, 06/06/05
We were giving a room by Northwestern airlines because we missed our connecting flight to Maui. The hotel was very close to the airport so that was a plus. We did not have any hassle checking in with a voucher given to us by the airline. The staff was quick and courteous at check-in. The room was very clean. The Queen bed was comfortable and seemed new. The lobby of the Hotel was very nice. They have a large open space with totem poles inside. They also have fish tanks and a small model train layout. Overall we were impressed. In the morning we ate at the buffet. The buffet was outstanding. They had a chef preparing ommelettes and breakfast. There was also fresh strawberries and fruit available. I would recommend staying at this hotel and definately trying out the buffet if it is still there.
