University Inn, Moscow is better

Front desk people had very poor attitude.
Bed was hard, room chairs uncomfortable, poor value for money (UI commencement wknd.) Outdoor pool was still closed.
At least the room was clean and fairly quiet (door slams aside), shower temperature was steady.
When I make a pre-paid reservation, I expect it to be HANDLED, no more credit card questions at both ends of stay, got it? I also resent photo ID demand unless state law requires it, in which case say so. I expect to be treated like a customer, not a suspect.
Ironic for a place adjacent to WSU, which has a school of so-called hospitality management.
