Quality Inn Paradise Creek, Pullman

I loved this hotel. It was really clean and felt so homey. The staff jumped for us and treated us like we were someone special. I loved the nook upstairs for reading and computer use. The beds and other furniture were nicely kept. I would definately stay again. We were low on cash but this hotel helped with its location and a nice hot free breakfast.

I stay here whenever I can, when visiting WSU. It is convenient and clean. They provide a good breakfast and have great service. It books fast, so you have to plan far in advance.

they only seemed interested in getting money, simply because they are one of the few motels in pullman. they were not resposive to our needs.

Front desk people had very poor attitude. Bed was hard, room chairs uncomfortable, poor value for money (UI commencement wknd.) Outdoor pool was still closed. At least the room was clean and fairly quiet (door slams aside), shower temperature was steady. When I make a pre-paid reservation, I expect it to be HANDLED, no more credit card questions at both ends of stay, got it? I also resent photo ID demand unless state law requires it, in which case say so. I expect to be treated like a customer, not a suspect. Ironic for a place adjacent to WSU, which has a school of so-called hospitality management.

Stayed two nights to attend son's college graduation. Impressed with size of room. Clean and bright. Cont. Brkfst was helpful in more than pastries were offered. Checked out a day early due to other constraints. Desk clerk very upset that something might have been wrong with the room to make us leave. Had to reassure him that everything was fine. Over all a good experience and I will stay there again.

I did like the stay at this Quality Inn, because of the rate and the location to WSU. I did not, however, care for the woman hotel desk clerk. She was rude. She made reservations a hassel.

We brought out son for one of WSU's Alive sessions in mid-July and stayed at the Quality Inn while he was there. The experience was great for the low rate we paid. Check-in was simple, the staff was great, the room was comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast filled us us every morning. The warm cookies made and served nightly between 8:30 - 9:30 PM were an added treat. The room we were first assigned had not had complete maid service, but we were immediately moved upon staff notification to a room that was in tip-top shape one door down. We've stayed at more costly hotels and received less service.

My stay was really great. It was a busy weekend and we were here to bring our pet to the vet hospital. Although QI was almost full, they found us a room that allowed us a cheap Vet rate and allowed our dog into the room. No other hotel would give a cheaper rate due to the busy weekend. The staff was extremely friendly and did everything to make our stay enjoyable under the circumstances that brought us here. Thanks a bucnh QI. We'll be back in the future.
