Very Clean
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/20/09
We stayed here about 3 years ago but did not enjoy the experience and returned here as the other hotel was full and recommended the Days Inn. It has completely changed as we were pleased with the clean and comfortable rooms/beds. Staff was very friendly and there was a good complete breakfast. Easily the best hotel on the street and would stay here again.

A Good Budget Option
By Chris, 12/12/08
This Hotel was just fine for the price. The room was clean and the staff was friendly enough. I travel extensively with my work and have stayed in much worse... like the Bay City Motor Inn across the street.

Average hotel, clean room
By David, 4/21/07
Room was good enough, beds were ok, it was a bit noisy around our room with parking lot noise, we could hear water running and the walls seemed a little thin. Good location near freeway, stores, and restaurants.

Dug deeper
By Jason, 12/20/05
My spare time on a trip to Bellingham turned up some interesting findings. Facilities need major modernization and renovation. Dirty, stained carpets and bedding. Not up to Ramada standards. Sensitive papers such as rosters with credit card names, numbers, and expiration dates were found to be trashed (not shredded) and accessible to the general public. Major noise was heard by many when a drunken man was slamming doors and yelling in the early a.m. This man was found to be a relative of the owner who is a Canadian but stays (lives) in the hotel. After clerk compensated and diffused an angry mob in the morning he later was observed being yelled at by the owner. Clerk later confessed owner was new and having a rough transition but I was not impressed.

Worst trip ever!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/16/05
This place needs to be closed down...it was filthy with mold in the shower, scum on the bathroom baseboards, soiled walls, very very very bad odor to the entire room, drape feel off the rod when I tried to open them, greasy hand/face prints on windows, banged up furniture. Full-size bed when it was supposed to be a queen. Last, but not least, I found a "bugger" on the bedsheets!!!!!! I literally almost threwup due to the whole experience.

Mistake
The carpets were dirty, the shower was dirty, and the room smelled of smoke after the maids "cleaned". We were to have a queen size bed, and it was a double, no changes...Save your money, stay at the Best Western or another place that costs a little more. It will be well worth it.

Don't Even Think About It!!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 4/11/05
This was the worst place I have ever stayed. Carpets Disgusting. don;t even think of taking off your shoes. There was hair plastered to the wall of the shower. Paint was literally peeling off the bathroom ceiling. Noisy, loud and smelly. I will NEVER stay here again.

Superior Service for the handicapped.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/25/05
Driving a mini van with one of us in a wheelchair is not our usual mode of travel. The night desk clerk helped us from the van into our handicap accessible room and even carried in our luggage. The room was clean and beds comfortable. As good as or better than the 4 star Hyatt in Vancouver that we spent the rest of the 3 day weekend in.

Unpleasant Experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/27/05
Worst place I've ever stayed in many years of traveling. Dirty and dank. Room was literally underground. (A high window looked out onto the wheels of parked cars.)Staff is kept busy evicting people --so lots of noise and scirmishes all night. Really a scary place.
