location couldn't be better in downtown Seattle
We stayed three nights at the Inn. It is in the Pike Place market so every shop, restaurant, and tour is reasonably close. It save a lot of hiking up and down those steep Seattle hills. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and in good repair though it is not a new hotel. The staff were very courteous, friendly, and helpful. We arrived earlier than the scheduled check in time, so the front desk staff took my cell phone number and called us when the room was ready. Very helpful. The deck is great for viewing the market place and the bay. There are tables and chairs for the outdoor deck. There are dozens of restaurants in the area, and a small grocery store (deli) in the market, and of course the Kress grocery store two blocks up the hill. There are several pharmacies in the area in walking distance. It was comfortable, the bar with the sink, fridge, and coffee pot are very handy making it more homey.
our room did not have much bathroom counter space, and a rounded shower curtain to keep you from bumping into the curtain would have been nice. You never know how often the shower curtains are changed/cleaned.
we did not have a car, so cannot comment on that aspect, however the location would make you think that it might be noisy, but not really. It is one of the few hotels that you could open a window. Once you closed the window and closed the curtains it was peaceful each evening.
We will be happy to return to the hotel.
