Typical of an airport hotel

Nothing special about this hotel, however, it is actually a little nicer than the typical airport Holiday Inns you will find. Getting in and out of the parking lot was a bit complicated though.

Not a great experience

There were several things I didn't like about this place: First, Hotwire didn't mention their expensive parking fee in their fees. Surprise surprise! My stay cost me an extra 50+ bucks (think one free night at a comparable place on hotwire). The hotel clerk was rude and wouldn't waive the fee. Of course, with hotwire you can't change it so you're pretty much hosed. Thanks a lot Holiday Inn! Also, the pool was a terrible tinge of green as was the hot tub. The restaurant was tremendously overpriced at nearly 20 dollars a head. Overall, this hotel is not worth the price for a supposed 3 star place.

Work Visit

I lived in Seattle for 4 years. I had to attend training at the Holiday Inn. I stayed there for the convenience of getting to training on time in the morning. However I was pleased with the staff, cleanliness, and the food. If you are staying only for business its a good place. Obviously if you are looking for a romantic place, this would not be it. If your looking to site see, stay closer to the city and pay a bit extra. But again I was happy with the overall service etc.

Got stranded at Sea-Tac when Alaska Air had no flight crew for jet to Alaska. Put me up at the Hilday Inn. It was a Holiday Inn. Did have another customer enter room after being issued same key, UGH! Clean enough, staff was ok. Hey it was free and got to see the wharf area via a shuttle....airport hotel plain and simple. Downtown 25mins away....shuttle did take an hour back as the hotel was last on the route, better done with the bus.

Great Choice

Clean Nice rooms and Good staff. The pool was very nice and the restaraunt had very good food with quick service. I will return again when i'm in the area.

Not returning

I was surprised at the cobwebs on the hallway lights on 3rd floor! Meals were very expensive but good waitstaff. Beds were uncomfortable and maid kept coming in our room at 7:00 am to clean. Furniture had not been moved for vacuuming in a long time. Last day we left our luggage in our room until 8:15 am and came back to find she had cleaned the room and left our luggage on the bed. We had planned to freshen up before we left but she had replaced all the towels already so we just left angry. Shuttle crew was excellent. Staff friendly. Lots of hallway noise all night. Will not return there again.

Overpriced. Won't go back.

The room was comfortable and clean enough, but not really different from a cheaper motel. It was not worth the price I paid for the room. The revolving restaurant does not exist anymore. I could never get their free high-speed internet to work, but that might have been exclusive to my computer. The most annoying thing is the parking fee. On top of an already over-priced room, one has to pay $8.00 plus tax per day. Since it was advertised as "Airport Parking," I assumed that the parking fee was only assessed to travelers using the lot while away. I thought the parking would be validated for those staying at the hotel. Not so. Let the buyer beware.

Never Again

This hotel has a little surprise for customers that use the parking lot. You must pay $8.00 a day plus tax to park. Not a very good deal for customers already paying too much for the room and not very helpful front desk staff at check in.

Hotel with a View

My friends and I enjoyed a super dinner in the revolving restaurant. Super staff. Room was clean and comfortable.Only five minutes to the airport. Truly a good stay.
