Close to freeway but no noise, pleasant staff, clean room and bathroom, comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. All around good value and pleasant stay.

3 week stay

They are very friendly, accommodating, clean, filling breakfast. This was my third stay in less than a year. And, if I have family in the area again, that I need to be with, I would stay here again.

We will stay here next time we come

They have remodeled and we found the accomodations very nice. Loved having a couch, fridge and microwave since we were there a week. The continental breakfasts were very good - lots of good choices. That saved us a lot of money right there. Front desk staff and houskeeping staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Convenience store nearby, but pricey. Lovely Japanese garden just down the street. Also within walking distance of downtown if you like a good walk. Very interesting city.

HORRIBLE place!!

Clean rooms and nice enough staff, but I should have read the reviews on here BEFORE I stayed there. Quality Inn obviously likes their guests to pay for any improvements they make in a room. I got soaked $50 for damages to a sheet and pad that were not even damaged by me. Four days AFTER I stayed there!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! You would be FAR better off at another hotel!

Nothing \"Quality\" about being over-charged

I stayed with my husband and 2 year old child for two nights. I even put my uncle and his wife up in another room. They charged us for damages and took misc. amounts out of our bank account. We were seriously just there to sleep... in and out. We even cleaned the room up so the maid wouldn't have to do anything other than change the linens for the next stooges that stay there. We have tried calling them to get this fixed, but the "owner" who set these charges on our account won't return our calls. Please don't stay here. They can turn a night of rest into a long drawn out dispute.

An OK place to stay

Well-appointed room included a couch, desk, queen-sized bed, nice TV with cable, coffemaker, fridge and microwave. Nice bath, too. Free breakfast in lobby. Small inconveniences: Tub faucet handle had come off and was laying in the tub. I told the front desk and it was repaired the next day. No cable guide or list of nearby restaurants. Could not use the telephone to request a wake-up call - had to go to the front desk.

Nice simple accomodations

The folks who run this place are very accomodating and pleasant. The rooms are adequate and the bedding is comfortable enough for a night's sleep. The rooms are furnished with either a queen sized bed and a sleeper sofa or two queen beds, a table and chair set, a 27 inch TV, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a small refrigerator. They offer a simple continental breakfast including hot waffles, fruit, cereal, bagels, juice and coffee or tea. There's also free cable and free internet. There is an outdoor pool too but I'm not sure if it's going to be open during the summer. This location is presently under renovation so there are some minor inconveniences but I would recommend this location for an affordable place to crash.
