FANTASTIC

Our 5 day stay was great! Very clean, polite and knowlegable staff. They went out of there way to help in whatever way needed.If wireless was down (like it does once in awhile @ all hotels)There was a desk in lobby where you could hardwire in or they had a computer with printer in dack office area that was avail. to all guests.Breakfast was above average,well stocked,and maintained.Very nice and great value for the area.We recomend it to anyone staying in the area and have told all friends and family :)
 
 
 
 
 
Bad internet connection

This is not a great choice for those dependent on an internet connection. Free wireless, but so unreliable that it is useless. Plus there is no wired option for when the wireless is on the fritz. Bummer.

Dirty rude and noisy.

Just don't go. You'll thank me later. Managment is obviously not working. Rooms were dirty, staff was clueless. And room was right next to freeway, even after I requested to be away.

We will never stay here again!

From the outside, the property looks great, aside from the pool which is actually tons smaller than the online photo shows. The rooms are average and bathroom is very small. We had to make several trips to the lobby to retrieve items that the maids neglected to restock such as towels, coffee, etc. The maids made the beds, but didn't bother to remove items that were on the bed that didn't belong. We pulled back the covers to find several pamphlets tucked into the covers. The staff was also extremely rude. Upon approaching the front desk, no one would greet you or ask if you needed assistance. Then when you asked for something, they made you feel like you were being high maintenance. The breakfast was adequate as far as continental goes, but again, the staff did not keep it stocked and there was a juice machine, but no juice during our entire stay (4 nights). We would definately not stay here again unless they did a major staff overhaul!

Great value for 2 weeks

Our stay was for 2 weeks with a hospital stay of 3 days. All ammenities advertised were there (unlike some other places we have booked on the Internet). The handicap accessible room was just what we needed. The housekeeping staff gave us extra towels and pillows as needed and always asked if they could do more for us. The lobby staff were very helpful with directions and ideas on where we could find what we needed. The well-stocked breakfast room was a godsend. There were also 2 restaurants within "crutch walking" distance. We will recommend Baymont Inns to anyone traveling.

Wonderful stay!

We loved the convience of this hotel. Just a short walk to the street to catch the Public Transit. Several varieties of restaurants (not just fast serve) also within walking distance. The room was cleaned daily (we were there for 2 weeks). Breakfast was a wonderful variety of drinks, pastries, muffins, fruits, etc. We were there for a class and the room the class was in was clean, comfortable, and air was fresh. We swam in the pool, lounged in the hot-tub, watched sunsets from the upstairs walk-way. The people and service was perfect. Beautiful place to stay!
