Good for no frills overnight

Bristol was the halfway point for a trip to Charlottesville, Va, so all a friend and I wanted was a clean, economical place to stay overnight. We found it here. A plus was the proximity to the interstate and to places to eat.

Awful experience w/ Staff!!

Stayed 1 night, got charged for 2. When i called back the staff acted like they didnt know what i was talking about, kept telling me to call back. Still havent gotten my money back. I would never stay here unless you like stinky rooms and getting money taken from you.

Fair hotel

Staff was not that friendly. Hotel is cheap to stay in and pretty nice. We stayed in a queen bed and it was huge. Little uncomfortable though. Had large amount of channels and nice tvs. Little outdated. Nice touch having wireless internet in room.

needs updates

was very disappointed because we've stayed there in the past and were happy...this hotel needs a makeover! the rooms smell do not smell fresh and clean and the bedding is outdated. Did not feel very welcome. with a little more put into decor, new carpet and bedding, this could be a nice place to stay.
