Do not stay here!!! We had booked our room in Feb.2010 for a stay in Aug. 2010. We drove from Missouri to Chilhowie, VA only to be told we couldn't stay the 4 nights of our confirmed reservation. He did offer for us to stay two of the four days of our confirmed reservation!!!!!!!!!! He gave me an incorrect phone number for corporate for me to use. Finally gave me a correct number. They were great and tried to call him while I was on the phone with them. He wouldn't answer the phone for them. Finally they got him to talk on my cell!!!!! He still wouldn't give us our four nights as confirmed!! As a side note, his phone worked fine once again after he had been forced to talk to corporate on my cell. We ended up missing the Craftsman truck race in Bristol, but Mary at corporate got us in at the Ramada 38 miles further north. Corporate and Mary were fabulous! Another note, the brief time we were in the room we found mildew or mold in the refridgerator, the pool only had moldy tarps and debris in it. It was very, very dirty. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! If I could have given it 0's instead of ones I would have!!!
